LINCOLN COUNTY MAN SENTENCED ON FEDERAL METHAMPHETAMINE CHARGES

St. Louis, MO: Roderick Rohr was sentenced to 121 months in prison for possession of pseudoephedrine for the manufacture of methamphetamine, Acting United States Michael W. Reap announced today.

"Our narcotics investigators spent a great deal of time documenting and observing Rohr’s behavior.  The quality of the prosecution and sentencing throughout this case reached and surpassed my expectations on every level," said Lincoln County Sheriff Mike Krigbaum.

RODERICK ROHR, Foley, Missouri, pleaded guilty July 7, and appeared today for sentencing before United States District Judge Carol E. Jackson.

Co-defendant Tina Rohr, Foley, Missouri, pleaded guilty in August to the same charges and is scheduled for sentencing in December.

Co-defendant Lisa Walcott, Foley, Missouri, previously pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 37 months in prison.

Reap commended the work on the case by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department.
