LINCOLN COUNTY WOMAN SENTENCED ON FEDERAL METHAMPHETAMINE CHARGES

St. Louis, MO: Lisa Walcott was sentenced to 37 months in prison on federal methamphetamine related charges, Acting United States Michael W. Reap announced today.

LISA WALCOTT, Foley, Missouri, pleaded guilty April 30 to possession of pseudoephedrine, knowing that it would be used to manufacture methamphetamine.  She appeared Thursday afternoon for sentencing before United States District Judge Carol E. Jackson in St. Louis.

Co-defendants Rodrick Rohr and Tina Rohr, also of Foley, Missouri, have each pleaded guilty to the same charges and await sentencing on September 29 and November 17, respectively.

Possession of pseudoephedrine knowing that it would be used to manufacture methamphetamine carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and/or fines up to $250,000.

Reap commended the work performed on the case by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department.
