MEXICAN NATIONAL INDICTED FOR
ILLEGALLY REENTERING U.S.
SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Bradley J. Schlozman, United States Attorney for the Western District of Missouri, announced that a Mexican national was indicted by a federal grand jury today for illegally reentering the United States.
Eladio Agustin-Espinoza, 47, a citizen of Mexico residing in Los Angeles, Calif., was charged with illegally reentering the United States in an indictment returned by a federal grand jury in Springfield.
Today’s indictment alleges that Agustin-Espinoza, an illegal alien who had previously been deported, was found in Newton County, Mo., on Dec. 27, 2006.
This case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Robyn L. McKee. It was investigated by the Missouri State Highway Patrol and the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
