TWO GANG MEMBERS PLEAD GUILTY TO
CONSPIRING TO MANUFACTURE METHAMPHETAMINE

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Gulfport, Miss - Katrina Elizabeth Wallace and Dalton Wesley Simmons, both members of
the Simon City Royals criminal street gang, pled guilty in U.S. District Court on January 3, 2012, to
one count of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine, U.S. Attorney John Dowdy announced.

Simmons, 20 of Gulfport and Wallace, 30 of Biloxi, each face a maximum possible sentence
of 20 years in prison. They will be sentenced on March 27, 2012 by United States District Judge Sul
Ozerden.

The case was investigated by the Biloxi Police Department and the Bureau of Alcohol,
Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. It is prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Annette
Williams.
