Michael Aaron Stuker Found Guilty in U.S. Federal Cour

The United States Attorney's Office announced that on February 28, 2012, in Billings, after a federal district court trial before Chief U.S. District Judge Richard F. Cebull, MICHAEL AARON STUKER, a 26-year-old resident of Billings, was found guilty of assault on a federal officer. Sentencing is set for May 31, 2012. He is currently detained.

Assistant U.S. Attorney James E. Seykora prosecuted the case for the United States.

STUKER faces possible penalties of 30 years in prison, a $250,000 fine and 3 years supervised release.

The investigation was a cooperative effort between the Billings Big Sky Safe Streets Task Force and the U.S. Marshals Service.
