Boyle on charges involving the manufacture and distribution of methamphetamine. STEVEN MICHAEL COLE, 29, of Siler City, North Carolina, was sentenced to 168 months’ imprisonment. |

Holding announced today a six-count Indictment charging GREGORY BARTKO, 56, of Berkeley Lake, Georgia, and DARRYL LYNN LAWS, 58, of La Jolla, California, with a criminal investment fraud scheme. The Indictment was issued by the Grand Jury on November 4, 2009, and unsealed today. |

LESTER COBBS a/k/a “Shawn,” 36, of Wake County was sentenced last month by Judge Fox to serve 120 months imprisonment followed by five years supervised release for his participation in the conspiracy and possessing a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime. |

On July 6, 2009, PATTERSON pled guilty to distributing 50 grams or more of “crack” cocaine. |

(Cisco), a world leader in the design and manufacturing of computer network routers and other equipment, announced United States Attorney George E.B. Holding. Mario Easevoli, 33, and his wife, Jennifer Easevoli, also known as Jennifer Leigh Harmon, 28, and doing business as Synergy Communications Corporation (Synergy) were arrested on September 28 2009, in Tucson, Arizona. A third defendant, Jason Allan Conway, 33, has not yet been arrested. |

| Thursday - October 8, 2009 | WILMINGTON - United States Attorney George E.B. Holding announced that in federal court yesterday Senior United States District Judge James C. Fox sentenced DANIEL NICHOLAS BUCZKOWSKI, 54, of Fayetteville, North Carolina, to 480 months' imprisonment. The Court accepted testimony from the victim at sentencing in which the victim described BUCZKOWSKI's almost daily rape of her from age 7 to age 10. The victim also testified that BUCZKOWSKI had shown her child pornography during this time period. Therefore, the Court found a sentencing enhancement applicable based on distribution of child pornography to a minor that was intended to persuade, induce, entice or coerce the minor to engage in illegal activity and also a sentencing enhancement was applicable based on BUCZKOWSKI's pattern of activity involving the sexual abuse of a minor. |
