News releases issued by our office are routinely faxed to media outlets throughout North Dakota, including newspapers, radio, and television. The releases are approved by the attorney assigned the case and the United States Attorney.

An Indictment or Information is the method by which a person is charged with criminal activity and raises no inference of guilt. An individual is presumed innocent until competent evidence is presented that establishes guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
