Kansas City Man Guilty of Conspiracy to Distribute Crack

April 4, 2012

United States Attorney Deborah R. Gilg announced that Bobbie H. Keys, 31, of Kansas City, Kansas, was found guilty of Conspiracy to Distribute Crack Cocaine following a 6 day jury trial.

The evidence presented at the trial showed that Keys, from approximately February of 2008 to mid - June 2009, supplied crack cocaine to individuals in Lincoln who then sold the drugs to others in the Lincoln community.  Keys faces a sentence of 10 years to life in prison, up to a $10 million dollar fine and five years of supervised release when he is sentenced on June 29, 2012.
