Lincoln Man Sentenced for Purchasing Pseudoephedrine

United States Attorney Deborah R. Gilg announced that Michael McMillan, 43, of Lincoln, Nebraska, was sentenced to seven years in federal prison by Senior United States District Judge Richard G. Kopf, for his conviction for possession of a list I chemical with intent to manufacture methamphetamine. 

McMillan purchased pseudoephedrine for Mark Skoda and others to use in manufacturing methamphetamine.  Mark Skoda was sentenced in March to 24 years in federal prison after he was convicted of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine.  McMillan will serve 3 years of supervised release following his release from prison.
