
Two Norfolk Men Indicted for Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine
United States Attorney Deborah R. Gilg announced that Dennys Rodriguez, A/K/A Dennys Vargas, 27, and Scott C. Pollman,40, both of Norfolk, Nebraska were indicted in the District of Nebraska on May 22, 2012, for possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of a mixture containing methamphetamine.
The charges stem from a traffic stop of Rodriguez and Pollman on March 27, 2012, by the Valley Police Department, during which a drug detection K9 alerted and indicated to the presence of a controlled substance inside of the vehicle. The penalties for this offense include a term of imprisonment of 5 to 40 years, a fine up to $5,000,000, a 4 year term of supervised release, and a $100 special assessment.
