CONCORD – Lawrence T. Smolinsky, 42, was sentenced in United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire to 21 months in jail for filing false federal tax returns, announced United States Attorney John P. Kacavas.
While residing in Center Conway, New Hampshire, Smolinsky knowingly failed to report
net business income totaling approximately $408,000 on his personal 2004, 2005 and 2006 federal
