MANCHESTER, NEW HAMPSHIRE MAN SENTENCED FOR COCAINE DISTRIBUTION

CONCORD, NH: Francisco Diaz, 34, of Manchester was sentenced yesterday to a term of imprisonment of thirty-three months after pleading guilty on July 19, 2010 to unlawfully distributing cocaine in Manchester on July 31, 2009. 

As part of the plea agreement, Diaz was held accountable for quantities of cocaine he distributed on seven subsequent occasions as well as for a significant quantity of cocaine seized during the execution of a search warrant at Diaz’s residence in September, 2009. 

 Diaz was also sentenced to three years of supervised release which will begin upon completion of his prison term.  During the period of supervised release, Diaz’s behavior will be monitored by the United States Probation Office. 

This case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Jennifer A. Davis.
