NJC Courses Designed for Tribal Court Assistance Grantees The National Tribal Judicial Center (NTJC) has created several courses to assist Tribal Courts Assistance Program (TCAP) grantees. The Bureau of Justice Assistance encourages tribes to allocate $20,000 of their grant funds to cover travel and miscellaneous costs associated with BJA-sponsored trainings. These BJA-sponsored programs will help tribal judges and court personnel manage the many challenges facing tribes today. NTJC has worked with the following partners in the creation of these important programs; the Alaska Native Justice Center, Fox Valley Technical College, the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, the National Tribal Justice Resource Center, the Native American Alliance Foundation, the Northern Plains Tribal Judicial Training Institute, and the Tribal Law and Policy Institute. For a list of current courses go to http://www.judges.org/courses.
