ROCHESTER, N.Y.-- U.S. Attorney William J. Hochul, Jr. announced today that Marcus Tunstall, 39,  formerly of St. Louis, Illinois, who was convicted of failing to register as a sex offender, was sentenced to two years in prison and five years supervised release by U.S. District Judge Frank P.
