Oklahoma Stimulus Funding Fraud Prevention Working Group
The United States Attorneys in Oklahoma, together with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the federal agency Offices of Inspector General, have formed the Oklahoma Stimulus Funding Fraud Prevention Working Group to work collaboratively together in an effort to prevent, audit, investigate, and prosecute fraud involving federal stimulus funds. With the unprecedented levels of funding being made available comes the potential for fraud. Prevention and detection of fraud, waste and abuse of federal funds involves the public who become aware of misuse of the stimulus funding.
