July 19, 2007 - United States Attorney Patrick L. Meehan today announced the filing of an indictment* charging JEFFREY LEBRON, with conspiracy to possess more than 500 grams of cocaine, and one count of possession with intent to distribute more than 500 grams of cocaine. The indictment charges that the defendant conspired to possess with the intent to distribute approximately one kilogram of cocaine, on or about November 15, 2006, in the City of Philadelphia, and that the defendant traveled from Lancaster, Pennsylvania to Lehigh Avenue and Mascher Street to purchase the cocaine and transport it back to Lancaster.

Defendant JEFFREY LEBRON was arrested by federal authorities on May 21, 2006. Upon conviction, he faces a mandatory minimum term of ten years imprisonment and a maximum of life imprisonment.
