United States Attorney's Office News Release

 

March 7, 2007 - United States Attorney Patrick L. Meehan today announced the filing of a one-count indictment* charging STEPHEN BRADLEY with attempted bank robbery on February 16, 2007. The indictment alleges that the defendant attempted to rob the HSBC Bank branch located at 1515 Market Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

If convicted, BRADLEY faces a maximum possible sentence of 20 years imprisonment, 3 years of supervised release, a $250,000 fine, and a $100 special assessment.

The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Philadelphia Police Department, and has been assigned to Assistant United States Attorney Jose R. Arteaga.
