Aggravated Identity Theft Charges
Aspen Baker, 26, of Wenonah, NJ was charged today by Indictment with credit card fraud and aggravated identity theft, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger. The indictment alleges that on May 26, 2010, the defendant used the identities and credit card accounts of two victims.
If convicted, the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of 14 years imprisonment, 3 years supervised release, and a fine of $500,000.
The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Frank R. Costello, Jr.
