Philadelphia Charged With Production Of Child Pornography
Enoch Smith 35, a/k/a “Drees,” a/k/a “Idris,” of Philadelphia, PA was charged today by Indictment with one count of production of child pornography and one count of sex trafficking of a minor, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger.
If convicted, the defendant faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years’ in prison with a maximum sentence of 30 years on Count One, a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years’ in prison and a maximum possible sentence of life imprisonment on Count Two, a $500,000 fine, a lifetime period of supervised release, and a $200 special assessment.
The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Philadelphia Police Department, and the Bensalem Police Department, with assistance from the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office and the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office, and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Michelle L. Morgan.
