Man indicted on Charge Of Illegal Reentry After Deportation
Dwain Orlando Hall, a/k/a “Dwayne Hall,” was charged today by Indictment with one count of illegal reentry after deportation, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger. The indictment alleges that on or about November 8, 2011, Hall, an alien, and native and citizen of Jamaica, was found in the United States after having been deported from the United States on or about November 18, 2010.
If convicted, the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of twenty years imprisonment, a three-year term of supervised release, a $250,000 fine, and a $100 special assessment.
The case was investigated by Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (“ICE”) and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Karen L. Grigsby.
