Norristown Man Charged With Possession Of A Firearm By A convicted Felon
David Ramirez Rodriguez, 21, of Norristown, Pennsylvania was charged today by indictment with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of a firearm by an illegal immigrant, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger.
If convicted the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of 10 years imprisonment.
The case was investigated by the Department of Homeland Security and the Philadelphia Police Department, and is being prosecuted by Special Assistant United States Attorney J. Jamari Buxton.
