Lancaster Trucking Company And Owner Charged With Conspiracy
Marvin Javier Pineda-Velasquez, 32, of Pottstown, Pennsylvania, was charged today by Indictment with one count of illegal reentry after deportation, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger. The indictment alleges that on or about January 26, 2012, Pineda-Velasquez, an alien, and native and citizen of El Salvador, was found in the United States after having been deported from the United States on or about May 11, 2006, March 27, 2007 and September 11, 2007.
If convicted the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of two years.
The case was investigated by Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (“ICE”) and is being prosecuted by Special Assistant United States Attorney Meredith A. Taylor.
