Lancaster Man Charged With Failing To Pay Employment Tax
Kim Yoeun, 49, of Lancaster, PA, was charged today by Information with failing to collect and pay employment taxes to the Internal Revenue Service, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger.
If convicted the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of five years’ imprisonment, three years of supervised release, a $100,000 fine, and a $100 special assessment.
The case was investigated by the Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation Division and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Karen M. Klotz.
