July 24, 2006 - United States Attorney Patrick L. Meehan today announced the filing of an Information* against Ursula Golder charging her with interstate transportation of stolen securities and money. Defendant embezzled approximately $830,658.84 as an employee at Endo Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Chadds Ford, PA from between February 8, 2001 to May 16, 2005.
This case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. If convicted, defendant faces a maximum of 10 years of imprisonment, a substantial fine and restitution.
