June 9, 2006 - United States Attorney Patrick L. Meehan today announced the filing of a one-count indictment* against Darryl Clarke, a/k/a “Reginald Harris,” a native of Trinidad, charging him with illegal reentry after deportation. The indictment charges the defendant was found in the United States without having applied for permission to reapply for admission.
