June 28, 2006 - United States Attorney Patrick L. Meehan today announced the filing of an Indictment* charging KEITH GEPHART with four counts of receiving child pornography, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(2); and two counts of knowingly possessing still images containing child pornography, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(4)(B).

If convicted, the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of 120 years imprisonment, a mandatory minimum of 5 years imprisonment, a $1,500,000 fine, 6 years of supervised release, and a special assessment of $600.
