June 21, 2006 - United States Attorney Patrick L. Meehan today announced the filing of an information* charging defendant MARK HARVEY SILVERSTEIN with two counts of mailing threatening communications.
If convicted on both counts, the defendant faces a maximum sentence of 20 years imprisonment, three years supervised release, a $500,000 fine, and a $200 special assessment.
