October 11, 2006 - United States Attorney Patrick L. Meehan today announced the filing of a four count indictment* charging that between July, 2006 and August 30, 2006, Cory Harris sold $2820 in counterfeit $10 and $20 Federal Reserve Notes, and on August 30, 2006, he possessed $1150 in counterfeit $10 and $20 Federal Reserve Notes.

If convicted, the defendant faces a statutory maximum sentence of 80 years imprisonment, $1,000,000 fine, 3 years supervised release, and a $400 special assessment.
