October 11, 2006 - PHILADELPHIA – United States Attorney Patrick L. Meehan today announced the filing of an indictment* against Nicholas Marinelli, charging that during the years 2001 through 2004 he knowingly and willfully prepared and filed 22 false claims (tax returns) for tax years 2000 through 2003 for 9 people, resulting in $82,712 in additional tax due and owing, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 287.
