October 11, 2006 - United States Attorney Patrick L. Meehan today announced the filing of a two-count indictment* charging defendant Eric Wayne Mundy, a/k/a James Frazier, a/k/a “Boob,” with possession with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine, that is, approximately 746.9 grams, and possession with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine within a 1000 feet of a public school, on August 3, 2004.

If convicted, Eric Wayne Mundy faces a maximum possible sentence of 120 years incarceration, a mandatory minimum of five years, a minimum of 8 years up to lifetime supervised release, a $6,000,000 fine and a $200 special assessment.

The case was investigated by the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Philadelphia Police Department and has been assigned to Assistant United States Attorney Francis C. Barbieri, Jr.
