May 11, 2007 - United States Attorney Patrick L. Meehan today announced the filing of a five-count Second Superseding Indictment* charging Bangali Donzo with one count of carjacking, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 2119, and with one count of using a firearm during a crime of violence, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 924(c), charging Sampson Bleh with two counts of carjacking, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 2119, and with two counts of using a firearm during a crime of violence, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 924(c), and charging Toylawuo Galtogbah with two counts of carjacking, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 2119, and with one count of using a firearm during a crime of violence, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 924(c).

If convicted of all counts, Bangali Donzo faces a mandatory seven years imprisonment to a maximum sentence of life imprisonment, a $500,000 fine, 5 years supervised release, and a $200 special assessment.

If convicted of all counts, Sampson Bleh faces a mandatory 32 years imprisonment to a maximum sentence of life imprisonment, a $1,000,000 fine, 5 years supervised release, and a $400 special assessment.

If convicted of all counts, Toylawuo Galtogbah faces a mandatory 7 years imprisonment to a maximum sentence of life imprisonment, a $750,000 fine, 5 years supervised release, and a $300 assessment.

The case was investigated by the Upper Darby Police Department, the Philadelphia Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and has been assigned to Assistant United States Attorneys Paul L. Gray and Michelle Rotella.
