May 18, 2007 - United States Attorney Patrick L. Meehan today announced the filing of an indictment* against Justin Garrison, charging him with one count of bank fraud, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1344.

If convicted, the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of 30 years imprisonment, a $1,000,000 fine, fives years supervised release, a $100 special assessment, and restitution in the amount of $12,624.50.

The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and has been assigned to Assistant United States Attorney Anthony Kyriakakis.
