May 16, 2007 - United States Attorney Patrick L. Meehan and Delaware County District Attorney Michael G. Green today announced the filing of a three-count indictment* charging Kenneth Miller with being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm. The investigation revealed that on March 14, March 30, and April 17, 2007, Miller rented two different caliber Glock semi-automatic pistols for target practice at the Double Action Indoor Range in Yeadon, Delaware County. This indictment is part of Project Safe Neighborhoods, an initiative by the United States Attorney’s Office, Delaware County District Attorney’s Office, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and other federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, to identify and prosecute firearms offenders in federal court, where the defendants are likely to receive a substantial sentence upon conviction.
