The United States Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced today a York man was sentenced Monday to 10 years in a federal prison following his conviction for possessing child pornography.

According to United States Attorney Peter J. Smith, Adam J. Windon, age 36, was sentenced by District Court Judge Christopher C. Many images showed prepubescent children who had been restrained and others showed sadistic acts.
