From Williamsport to Scranton:
Route 15-S to Route I-80-E to Route I-81-N to Central Scranton Expressway. (See Below)
From Harrisburg to Scranton:
Front Street, left to I-83-N, (follow signs for Airport/Hershey - Middle Lane). I-83-N to I-81-N (just past Progress Avenue, get in right lane)
I-81-N to Central Scranton Expressway. (See Below)
I-81-N TO:
CENTRAL SCRANTON EXPRESSWAY to bottom of hill, stay in left lane. Where road merges at bridge, enter the middle lane SPRUCE ST, through 3 lights, past Lackawanna County Courthouse on right. Turn right at 4th light, WYOMING AVE; right at next light, LINDEN ST. Scranton Parking Authority entrance on left side; FEDERAL BUILDING on right side.
