HAZLETON DRUG TRAFFICKERS SENTENCED

Martin C. Carlson, United States Attorney for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, announced today that United States District Judge Richard P. Conaboy sentenced three individuals for their roles in a drug trafficking scheme in the HAZLETON, Pennsylvania area. Judge Conaboy imposed the following sentences yesterday:


Thomas Wanick, age 48, to three years’ imprisonment for conspiracy to distribute more than 500 grams of cocaine.


Robert Wanick, age 40, to three years’ imprisonment for conspiracy to distribute more than 500 grams of cocaine.


Carmella Dulina, age 53, to three years’ probation with six months’ home confinement for allowing her home to be utilized for the storage, distribution and use of cocaine.


The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney John Gurganus.
