
Crack Dealer Sentenced To 5 Years In Prison
PITTSBURGH, Pa. ‑ Tony Orenthal Floyd has been sentenced in federal court to 60 months in prison on his conviction of violating federal narcotics laws, United States Attorney David J. Hickton announced today.
United States District Judge Nora Barry Fischer imposed the sentence on Floyd, 31.
According to information presented to the court, on Sept. 17, 2007 and Sept. 25, 2007, Floyd distributed and possessed with intent to distribute five grams or more of cocaine base.
Assistant United States Attorney Amy L. Johnston prosecuted this case on behalf of the government.
U.S. Attorney Hickton commended the Drug Enforcement Administration for the investigation leading to the successful prosecution of Floyd.
