JUDGE SENTENCES ALTOONA CRACK COCAINE DEALER TO 20 YEARS IN PRISON
United States Attorney Mary Beth Buchanan announced today, July 2, 2009, that Jerald McCullough of Altoona, Pennsylvania, has been sentenced in federal court in Johnstown to 240 months imprisonment and 10 years supervised release on his conviction of possession with intent to distribute cocaine base, commonly known as "crack."
United States District Judge Kim R. Gibson imposed the sentence on McCullough, age 42.
According to information presented to the court by Assistant United States Attorney John J. Valkovci, Jr., on February 5, 2007, McCullough possessed with the intent to distribute fifty grams or more of cocaine base.
Ms. Buchanan commended the Pennsylvania State Police, Hollidaysburg Barracks, for the successful prosecution of McCullough.
