Lexington Man Indictment for Health Care Fraud
Richard Graham, age 43, of Lexington, was charged in a 10 -count Indictment with health care fraud and identity theft, a violation of Title 18, United States Code, Sections 1035 and 1028. The maximum penalty that Richard Graham could receive is 5 years imprisonment. The case was investigated by agents of the Office of Personnel Management and is assigned to Assistant United States Attorney Rhett DeHart of the Charleston office for prosecution.
The United States Attorney stated that all charges in this Indictment are merely accusations and that all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
