St. Francis Man Acquitted

United States Attorney Brendan V. Johnson announced that a United States District Court jury acquitted Bryan Davis, age 32, of Assault with a Dangerous Weapon, Assault Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury, and Aiding and Abetting after a federal jury trial in Pierre, South Dakota. Bryan Davis was indicted by a federal grand jury in March 2009.# # #
