U.S. Attorney Brendan V. Johnson announced that a man has been indicted by a federal grand jury for assault of his wife. Wesley Chuck Jacobs, age 54, of Porcupine, was indicted by a federal grand jury on October 20, 2009, for Assault Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury and Assault with a Dangerous Weapon.
