Mission Man Charged with Maiming, Assault Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury, and Domestic Assault by Habitual Offender

United States Attorney Brendan V. Johnson announced that a Mission, South Dakota, man has been indicted by a federal grand jury for Maiming, Assault Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury, and Domestic Assault by Habitual Offender.
Willard L. Dorian, Jr., age 36, was indicted by a federal grand jury on June 12, 2012. He appeared before United States Magistrate Judge Mark A. Moreno on July 10, 2012, and pled not guilty to the indictment. The maximum penalty upon conviction is 20 years’ custody, a $250,000 fine, or both.
The charges are merely accusations, and Dorian is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
