[GREENEVILLE, TN] Charles Steven Bradley, age 26, of Johnson City, Tennessee, was sentenced to 120 months in federal prison and supervised release for life in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee, at Greeneville, by the Honorable J. Ronnie Greer, United States District Judge. The sentence was the result of a guilty plea by Bradley on June 9, 2008, to an Information charging him with knowingly possessing a computer hard drive that contained visual depictions which were shipped or transported in interstate commerce by any means including by computer, the production of which involved the use of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct in violation of Title 18, U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(5)(B). A search of Bradley’s computer revealed video files containing child pornography. The case as part of the “Project Safe Childhood” initiative.
