U.S. Vs. Alton Minton

On June 13, 2012, United States District Judge Aleta A. Trauger sentenced Alton Minton to a period of imprisonment of 33 months, to be followed by three years’ supervised release.  Additionally, the Court ordered him to pay restitution in the amount of $866,143.50.  Mr. Minton is scheduled to begin serving his sentence on July 13, 2012.

The sentencing hearing has been rescheduled to June 13, 2012, at 3:00 PM before District Judge Aleta A. On April 17, 2012, the Court rescheduled the sentencing hearing for May 31, 2012, at 3:30pm. On January 6, 2012, the defendant entered a plea of guilty to Count One of the indictment.  The sentencing hearing is set for April 20, 2012 at 02:30 PM before District Judge Aleta A.
