Jackson Branch Office
The Jackson Branch Office handles both criminal and civil cases in the Eastern Division of the Western District of Tennessee and is supervised by a Branch Office Manager. The criminal cases handled by the Jackson office run the gamut of cases referenced above in the section on the Criminal Division. Representation of the United States in bankruptcy cases is the primary responsibility of the civil Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Jackson office.
