TYLER, TX – U.S. Attorney Rebecca A. Gregory announced today that a 28-year-old Dallas man has pleaded guilty to methamphetamine trafficking charges in the Eastern District of Texas.

LUIS ANTONIO RODRIGUEZ pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine today before U.S. Magistrate Judge Judith Guthrie.

According to information presented in court, since June 2007, Rodriguez supplied at least 5 pounds of methamphetamine to others who would then distribute it in the East Texas area.  Rodriguez was indicted by a federal grand jury on Nov. 4, 2008.
