MAN ARRESTED IN CONNECTION WITH POSTAL COLLECTION BOX BOMBS
TYLER, Texas – U.S. Attorney John M. Bales announced that a person of interest has been identified and an arrest has been made in connection with destructive devices found in postal collection boxes over the past few weeks in East Texas.
A Rusk County man was arrested without incident in Tyler at approximately 11:00 am on Apr. 7, 2010.
This investigation is on-going and additional information will be made available at a news conference at 10:30 am tomorrow morning at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Tyler, Texas.
