Case Update for Non VNS Cases
Victims typically obtain status information from the VNS system. There are a few cases that must be handled differently. This section contains these cases.
United States of America v. Clealon Mann
Case Number: 2:02-CR-741 TS
In United States v. Mann, defendant Clealon Mann was ordered in April 2004 (with two other defendants, jointly and severally) to pay $8,162,743 in restitution to listed victims in the case. Mann was also sentenced to a term of imprisonment, which he has now served. Mann is on supervised release, and is under the supervision of the United States Probation Office. On November 16, 2009, Clealon Mann filed a motion to have the court review the restitution schedule; his motion and memorandum are attached. There is a hearing on the motion on November 30, 2009, at 2:30 p.m., before Judge Ted Stewart at the federal courthouse, 350 South Main Street, Salt Lake City, Utah. United States of America v. Frances M. Flood and Susie Strohm
Case Number: 2:07-CR-00485
The jury came back with a verdict on Friday 02/27/09 for Frances M. Flood and Susie Strohm.
On 6/17/2009, a Memorandum Decision denying Motion for Acquittal as to Frances M. Flood, and Susie Strohm were denied. A sentencing date is pending.

SUSIE STROHM AND FRAN FLOOD ARE SCHEDULED FOR SENTENCING ON DECEMBER 4, 2009 AT 11:00 a.m. before Judge Dee Benson at 350 South State Street, Salt Lake City, Utah . If you plan on attending, you may want to call Cecelia Swainston at 801-325-3256 to make sure the sentencing is still scheduled.
