Federal and State Officials to Announce Charges in $100 Million Corporate Fraud Scheme

RICHMOND, Va. - Officials from the Virginia Financial and Securities Fraud Task Force will hold a press conference TODAY, SEPT. 9, 2010, at 2:00 P.M. to announce charges in a $100 million fraud scheme with more than 800 victims nationwide.
