Jennifer R. Bockhorst
Assistant United States Attorney

Ms. Bockhorst graduated in 1993 with a B.A. in International Relations and Russian Studies from the University of Delaware. In 1996, she received an M.A. in Secondary Education from the University of New Mexico. She received her J.D. in 2001 from Stanford Law School, where she was an Executive Editor of the Stanford Law Review.
Ms. Bockhorst began her career as a high school Russian teacher in the Albuquerque Public Schools from 1994-1997. She also worked in the Des Moines Public Schools in 1997-98.
In 2001-2002, Ms. Bockhorst served as a law clerk to the Honorable R. Lanier Anderson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. She was sworn in as an Assistant United States Attorney in September, 2002. Currently, she is primarily prosecuting Federal firearms and drug crimes.
